The quality of an AAC block is decided at the factory, long before it reaches your site. Knowing what tests matter helps you choose a supplier you can rely on.

Density and Weight

Density (measured in kg/m³) is the first indicator of an AAC block's class. KLAVETEK blocks fall in the 550–650 kg/m³ range, balancing light weight with strength.

Compressive Strength

Compressive strength tells you how much load a block can bear. KLAVETEK AAC blocks deliver around 4–5 N/mm², suited to load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls.

Dimensional Accuracy

Precise dimensions matter because they reduce mortar and plaster. Multi-wire cutting at KLAVETEK holds dimensions to within a tight tolerance, giving accurate, consistent blocks.

Moisture and Shrinkage
